Tap into the Power of Untappd!

When your keg lineup changes, Kegtron Pro users need to update their Cloud Dashboard settings accordingly. This ensures your keg listing and report details stay in-sync with what you’re serving. This isn’t a big challenge, but it does take a bit of time – especially if you want to include all of the relevant details & stats. Of course not all of us have time to look up the full descriptions, IBUs and ABV for each new keg. Wouldn’t it be cool if some else could just take care of this for you?

Big Data

Luckily, someone has: Untappd! Chances are you’ve already encountered Untappd in your travels: their slick digital menus are a common site at many taprooms. Or perhaps you’re a beer nerd that checks in your drinks via their popular mobile app (remember: phone drinks first). What you might not know is that under the hood Untappd maintains a huge database of beer, cider, seltzer and more. Over 3 million drinks, legend has it.

Let Your Fingers Do the Walking

So here’s the cool part: when the time comes to update your keg info, let Untappd do it for you. No more digging around brewery websites looking for details and methodically copying & pasting them into your dashboard. All it takes is a quick search for the drink name and/or producer and… BAM! Instant beer/cider/seltzer details. Behold:

Untappd is cool, but…

I heard it’s expensive – You heard right, but no worries here. You don’t need an Untappd subscription to use their database lookup from our Cloud Dashboard. If you’ve never used Untappd before, you’ll need to register on your first search, however.
I’m already using Pourwall – No problemo. Our Untappd drink lookup won’t affect your Pourwall digital menu integration.
I’m already using Taplist.io – All is cool. Use Untappd to look up your drink info and it will automagically transfer to your Taplist screens with our very slick integration. The best of both worlds!
I don’t buy kegs, I’m a homebrewer – Again, not a problem. Did you know you can load your homebrews on Untappd free of charge? It’s true, here’s how.
